By accessing or using Offerthrottle services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Booking and Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of the event, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund of deposit
Payment Terms
Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other agreed methods. All prices are in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
Event Guidelines
Guests must:
- Be of legal drinking age if alcohol is present
- Conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully
- Follow all instructions from Offerthrottle staff
- Not bring outside food or beverages unless previously arranged
Liability and Indemnity
Offerthrottle is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during events, except where caused by our negligence. Guests participate in gaming activities at their own risk. All gaming is for entertainment purposes only and no real money gambling is permitted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Offerthrottle and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Force Majeure
Offerthrottle is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
